Business Analyst & Project Manager
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Business Analyst & Project Manager with 2+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Focuses on requirements gathering, user stories, process flows and documentation.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Support requirement gathering, scope clarification, effort estimation, resource planning, and delivery coordination.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and team collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, software delivery, or a similar role.
- Experience working with software development or IT projects will be highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
