Role Summary

Rotunda Spaces (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a hands-on Project Lead / Supervisor for interiors and fit-out projects. The role focuses on site leadership, requiring additional proficiency in either drafting or quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

Run sites through delivery, ensuring quality, progress, standards, and safety.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
Serve as the on-site point of contact and problem-solver.
Conduct client visits for requirements and measurements.
Support projects with either CAD detailing or BOQs and cost estimates.

Requirements/Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, with proven site-supervision experience.
Strong CAD (AutoCAD) skills OR solid QS & BOQ experience.
Qualification in QS, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil (an advantage).
A genuine feel for interiors; prior interior-design exposure is preferred.
