Project Manager - Anuradhapura

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects, from planning to handover
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule benchmarks set by the industry
• Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
• Report progress and key milestones to senior management

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in experience in large-scale building construction projects
• Candidates must hold Chartered Engineer membership from the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka (ECSL)
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
