Role Summary

St. Anthony's Hardware (Pvt) Ltd is one of the oldest and largest conglomerates, which diversified into many different service sectors, such as bathware and sanitaryware, machinery and tools, renewable energy, water purification and construction chemicals, which aim to enhance the lives of Sri Lankan citizens.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with internal departments to obtain pricing and project related information.
• Preparing and issuing quotations.
• Maintaining records of quotations, customer inquiries, and project documentation.
• Coordinating invoicing and delivery execution.
• Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Attending client meetings when required.
• Assisting with exhibitions and other promotional events.
• Providing general administrative support to the Project Sales function.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic email writing and business communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Sinhala.
• Good organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
