Resident Manager - The Factory Boutique Hotel

Role Summary

A dual-role position that blends hotel operations management with guest services leadership. You will oversee all facets of the hotel's daily functions while serving as the face of the property for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Welcome guests warmly, be available throughout their stay, ensure a seamless check-out, and anticipate guest needs with care and professionalism.
• Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily hotel functions including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Ensure operational excellence with a team of over 25 staff members.
• Team Management: Inspire and guide your team with a collaborative approach. Foster a positive work culture and lead by example.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management.
• Hotel pre-opening experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team-building skills.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
• Comfortable using hotel management software and familiar with online booking platforms.
