Role Summary

The Westbury Palace, Nuwara Eliya, is a super-luxury vacation bungalow offering a classic British country retreat experience. We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented individual to manage property operations and deliver exceptional, personalized guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the highest standards of luxury service.
• Lead, train, and inspire the team to foster a culture of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Manage all aspects of the property with discretion and efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or boutique villa environment.
• Strong operational and guest relations expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
