Your Role

• Build strong relationships with existing & prospective clients and parents
• Follow up enquiries to increase customer conversion
• Maintain regular communication through phone, WhatsApp, email & digital channels
• Ensure client concerns are followed up and resolved promptly
• Coordinate closely with the Admissions & Administration teams
• Meet clients and deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience

We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident, positive and customer-focused personality
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work towards conversion targets
• Previous experience in customer relations, sales, education consultancy or a similar role is an advantage
