Job Profile

• Interact with patients after consultations, guiding them to the respective departments (Pharmacy, Investigations or Radiology) etc. and offering necessary assistance.
• Visit occupied rooms daily fostering good relationships with patients, their families and bystanders ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and provide reports to management on daily activities.
• Oversee ground floor operations, managing patient flow and attending to the needs of waiting patients in support improvements in service quality.

Requirements

• An individual with 01 to 02 years' experience in Public Relations in service sector organization.
• Qualification in Marketing or Public Relations would be an added advantage.
• A team player with computer literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
• Coordination skills with different departments/Patients and active listening.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in English Language would be a definite advantage.
