Purchasing Specialist

Role Summary

Our client, one of the leading manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities related to engineering and project requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate from the Institute of Supply & Materials Management (ISMM).
• Any additional qualification in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Procurement Department of a reputed organization.
• Experience in engineering and project procurement is essential.
• Hands-on experience in managing suppliers, particularly within the Colombo area.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
