Assistant – Quality Assurance (Male)

Job Description

• Location: Kandanagedara, Pannala, North Western Province.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers also welcome)
• Industry: Coconut related products manufacturing
• Job type: Full – Time (12 hour shift based)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitoring production and doing periodic Quality Control checks.
• Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
• Prepare and overlook the quality report preparation for deliveries.
• Monitor the samples development process and release the samples.
• Satisfying customer expectations about the product's quality.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize the workload.
• Scheduling project plans along with the project team to fit project deadlines.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Fresher candidates can be applied.
• Should have GCE Advance Level in Science stream or Bio Tech./ Diploma or Degree in Food technology, Agriculture or equivalent qualified.
• Having a thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP Quality systems will be an added advantage.
• Eye for detail when analyzing documented and procedural information.
• Ability to work independently and also be a good team player.
• Must be computer literate and excellent communication skills in English.
