QA Compliance Officer - Avissawella

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review company quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead training initiatives on quality standards, regulatory updates, and compliance-related topics for relevant staff.
• Investigate quality issues and deviations; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality and compliance activities, ensuring traceability and readiness for inspections.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring products meet company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance, quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
• Excellent understanding of document control, SOPs, and QA documentation practices.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software/tools.
