Quality Assurance Executive / Assistant
Company: Luckyland Biscuits (Pvt) Ltd
Location: Kundasale, Kandy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Food Science
- 2 – 5 years' experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing, ideally biscuits or confectionery
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FSSC 22000
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, SLS)
- Conduct hygiene inspections, internal audits and support certification audits
- Ensure traceability and maintain documentation
- Handle quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
