QA Intern

Role Summary

DartCodes (PVT) LTD is looking for a dedicated QA Intern to assist in the software testing process. The successful candidate will help identify software defects and support the maintenance of high product standards through rigorous quality assurance methods. Please note that this position includes an initial 3-month probationary period, after which permanent status and compensation will be evaluated based on your performance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough testing on both mobile and web-based applications.
• Detecting bugs and ensuring software stability prior to deployment.
• Documenting defects clearly by providing reproduction steps, screenshots, and comparing expected versus actual outcomes.
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and clients to enhance overall software quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of functional, UI, and regression testing, including the ability to develop test scenarios and cases.
• A detail-oriented and analytical approach to understanding user flows and software specifications.
• Strong communication abilities to facilitate teamwork across different departments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with APIs, databases, or automated testing frameworks.
• A genuine interest in software excellence and modern QA methodologies.
