Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across all manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee internal, external, customer, certification, and regulatory audits, ensuring the timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage laboratory operations, including testing, calibration, validation, and the maintenance of laboratory quality standards.
- Drive food safety and hygiene programs across all manufacturing facilities.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related Natural Science discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Thorough knowledge of and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end QA and QC processes.
- Strong experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and other food safety and quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, audit management, laboratory management, and supplier quality management.
