QA Senior Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall QA/QC function.
• Ensure quality throughout Pre-Press, Printing, Finishing and Packing processes.
• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, root cause analysis and customer complaints.
• Monitor and reduce rejection, rework and quality-related wastage.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, SOPs and inspection procedures.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate customer/external audits.
• Lead, develop and train the QA/QC team.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs and management reviews.

Requirements

• Male candidate only.
• Degree / Diploma in Quality Management, Printing Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in the Printing & Packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of Offset Printing and Finishing processes.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, QMS, CAPA, NCR and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
