Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules to achieve all production KPIs.
• Ensure product quality, minimize non-conformances, and drive quality requirements.
• Manage production operations using the ERP system.
• Define and monitor quality assurance processes (product quality inspection, calibration control, and nonconformance management).
• Champion compliance with company health & safety requirements.
• Manage ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and SLSI product certification requirements.
• Engage in product development processes to execute the organizational roadmap.
• Embed a continuous improvement culture across all factory stakeholders.
• Drive performance management and develop the production and quality team.
• Drive factory cost reduction to sustain competitiveness.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector as a Production or Quality Executive.
• Diploma in quality management is a definite advantage.
• Experience in injection molding is an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Male, age below 35 years.
• Preference given to those living in close proximity to the location.
