Job Summary

• Site Quality Inspections: Assist the QA/QC Engineer in conducting daily inspections across building construction activities, including concrete pours, rebar works, masonry, waterproofing testing, and architectural finishes.
• Request for Inspections (RFIs): Prepare and submit inspection requests, coordinate joint site inspections with the Consultants, and maintain RFI tracking logs.
• Material & Sample Testings: Perform on-site sampling and testing (e.g., concrete slump tests, cube casting, soil tests) and track laboratory test results against project specifications.
• Quality Compliance: Monitor work execution to ensure strict compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, and applicable standards (BS, EN, ASTM, SLS).

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma, NDT, HNDE, NCT, or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site quality control and inspection, preferably in high-rise building or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, concrete testing, rebar inspection, and finishing quality standards.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); strong attention to detail and technical reporting abilities.
