Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality control or inspection
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and defect identification
• Experience in packing, labelling and dispatch preparation
• Good record-keeping and basic Excel or ERP skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products against approved quality standards
• Identify and report defects, then coordinate corrective action
• Ensure correct quantities, packing and labelling before dispatch
• Maintain QC, packing and ERP records accurately
• Prepare orders for dispatch and support stock checks
