Role Summary

Fintec Engineering Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Home Lands Group of Companies, provides specialized waterproofing and engineering solutions to domestic, residential, and commercial market segments. We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated team players.

Requirements/Qualifications

QA/QC Engineers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Material Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Proven experience in waterproofing.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with: Bathrooms, Roof, Balcony, Underground structures, and Exterior waterproofing systems.
• Ability to establish and manage modern QA/QC management systems for multiple projects.
• Good awareness of ISO systems considered as an additional qualification.
• Male candidates below 35 years.

Assistant QA/QC Engineers

• NDT/HNDE/NCT (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in QA/QC functions with multi-storey apartments, hotels, etc.
• Proven experience in waterproofing.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with: Bathrooms, Roof, Balcony, Underground and Exterior waterproofing systems.
• Awareness of ISO management systems considered as an additional qualification.
• Male candidates below 30 years.
