Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor Strategic and Operational information periodically, inference meaningful insights and recommendations to aid management decision making to drive organizational profitability.
• Use data and information to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing quality performance and minimize waste to maintain business health.
• Lead the consolidation Performance Dashboards and facilitate the operational review meetings in an effective & efficient manner.
• Follow up and support with the operational teams to execute management decisions made during review meeting and work cross functionally with them to execute initiatives.
• Close coordination with Operations/Manufacturing teams on the implementation of assigned projects and other operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Degree in Operational Management/ Quality/Lean or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in apparel field related to Quality Assurance/ Lean would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to PowerBI analytical tool.
• Excellent people management skills and ability to work independently.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
