Quality Function Assistant

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fire safety inspections, preventive maintenance, and statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate fire protection system installation, testing, maintenance, and certification projects.
• Manage the renewal of fitness certificates, licenses, permits, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate pest control programs and monitor the performance of outsourced service providers.
• Process ERP transactions, including purchase requisitions/orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal divisions while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for Quality Functions activities and departmental projects.

Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Certificate / Diploma level relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in administration, coordination, facilities, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A valid riding/driving licence will be an added advantage.
