AMK Food Export (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, motivated Executive – Quality Assurance to join our team. We are a leading food processing company committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) in the food industry.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Age: Below 35 years.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
• Handle and ensure compliance with EU export requirements and Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources requirements related to fish and fishery products, including relevant documentation and certification.
• Conduct inspections and verification activities related to raw materials, production processes and finished products.
• Maintain QA records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Identify quality and food safety issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Support internal audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
