Executive - Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA programs and food safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and relevant food safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, feed, shell eggs, packing materials and finished products.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation and biosecurity practices across the farm and processing operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and traceability.
- Investigate and address quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, farm, stores and other departments to ensure quality and food safety.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Microbiology or a related field.
- 2-4 years' experience in quality assurance/food safety in the poultry or food industry.
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
