Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the highest quality standards through rigorous field-to-field inspections and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site quality inspections of coconut pith husk products. Provide selection and approval based on Company standards.
• Support the supply chain team for registration.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance.
• Collect samples for lab testing.
• Maintain accurate records for lab testing.
• Generate training records and suggest analysis to staff.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Technology.
• Previous QA/QC experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel from field locations.
