Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Qualification in Food Science or relevant Field.
• More than 5 Years’ experience in Quality Management in FMCG Organization.
• Deep Knowledge in handling FSSC, GMP, HACCP, Halal, SLS Standardization.
• Strong people handling & leadership skills.
• Good Analytical skills and computer literacy.
• Strong communications skills both English & Sinhala.
• Age below 40 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA systems implementation across the production process.
• Develop and enforce quality management systems in line with FSSC, GMP, SLS, Halal, HACCP standards.
• Monitor product quality, resolve non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Engineering for root cause analysis and quality improvements.
• Lead internal audits and support external certification processes.
• Manage QA team performance, training, and development.
• Use data analytics to drive preventive quality actions and enhance product consistency.
