Quality Assurance Lead - Business Center

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control, process monitoring, or compliance within a business center or shared services environment (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs, conducting audits, and preparing quality reports.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of Hospital Information System (HIS) and business processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and accuracy of processes and outputs within the business center.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control checklists, SOPs, and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Liaise with departments to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Ensure all records and reports are accurately maintained in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
