Manager - Quality Assurance
Company: Enrich Tea & Food Exports (Pvt) Ltd
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tea and food quality management systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC). Conduct regular audits of production and packaging processes to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee testing of raw materials and finished products to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead the QA/QC team to maintain high performance standards.
- Address product recalls and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and maintain export compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety certifications.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with international food export regulations is desirable.
