Role Overview

Lakmini International (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-focused QA Engineer to join their team in Pannipitiya. The role involves maintaining high software standards for web and mobile platforms. Interns with a strong interest in QA are also invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and running manual test suites for mobile and web platforms.
• Logging and monitoring software bugs using tracking software.
• Conducting various testing types including usability, compatibility, and regression.
• Working alongside development and design teams to troubleshoot and verify fixes.
• Creating and updating essential testing documentation and test plans.
• Monitoring release stability and providing status reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in software testing or a solid grasp of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to document defects clearly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
