Quality Control (QC) Executive – JAC T9

Location: Assembly Plant

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure all JAC T9 vehicles meet the company’s quality standards before being dispatched to showrooms for customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery quality inspections of JAC T9 vehicles at the yard.
• Identify, record, and report any defects, damages, or non-conformities.
• Coordinate with the Assembly, Service, and Technical teams to ensure all identified issues are rectified prior to vehicle dispatch.
• Verify that vehicles comply with the company’s quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality control records.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to showrooms in excellent condition, ready for customer handover.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), vehicle inspection, or a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Sound technical knowledge of motor vehicles and automotive quality standards.
• Ability to identify defects with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications will be an added advantage.
• Possession of a valid Sri Lankan driving licence is preferred.
