Role Summary

Freshness Officer at Jaykay Marketing Services (Pvt) Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Train Warehouse Assistants on maintaining quality and freshness standards for vegetables and fruits.
• Ensure the quality of vegetables and fruits graded by Warehouse Assistants (WHA).
• Monitor and update records for vegetables and fruits received from suppliers and distributed to distribution centers.
• Maintain records of farmers and ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain updated records for rejected vegetables and fruits and conduct cleanliness checks at distribution centers.
• Inspect goods for quality before dispatch and coordinate with distribution centers to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Requirements/Qualifications

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Ability to work as a team and manage challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision to meet targets and deadlines.
