Supporting and assisting in Quality Management (BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and ensuring relevant standards are met.
Identifying and addressing quality issues promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
Collaborating on new product developments to ensure robustness and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
Managing customer-specific requirements and providing technical support for complex projects.
Implementing permanent corrective actions for product quality issues.
Involving stakeholders to resolve quality issues while maintaining high safety standards.
Conducting product and process audits.
Supporting the improvement and maintenance of the organization's quality culture.

5+ years of track record, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within a food manufacturing environment.
Degree/diploma in Quality, Food Science, Science, Agriculture, or equivalent professional qualification.
Sound knowledge of quality management systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SA8000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, and BSCI.
Experience in food safety management, environmental management, and occupational health & safety.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and effective English communication skills.
