Quality Assurance Executive

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing or poultry processing industry
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety management systems
- Ability to handle internal and external quality audits effectively
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment
- Previous experience in poultry or meat processing will be considered as an added advantage
