Quality Assurance Executive

Company: VSS Products (Pvt) Ltd

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and responsible Male candidate to join our team as a Quality Assurance Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products and finished products.
• Ensure products comply with company quality standards and customer requirements.
• Identify, record and report quality defects, non-conformities and deviations.
• Maintain accurate quality records, checklists, reports and relevant documentation.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures, GMP and ISO requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Stores, Maintenance and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Diploma/Certificate in Quality Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Production-focused experience and knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location

Dankotuwa (Candidates living in Dankotuwa and surrounding areas will be given preference.)
