Job Roles
- Quality Assurance Executive
- Agriculture Field Officer
- Technical Assistant - Agriculture
The work of this position will involve interacting with farmers, sourcing organic cultivation technology to the farmers and certification to grow quality produce, improve yields, providing assistance and training on post-harvest techniques to minimize losses and to maintain the quality of the produce. Food processing Organic Farming.
Qualifications and other requirements
- The applicant should have agriculture based qualifications, preferably a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
- Minimum 2 years experience in agricultural field / extension services (Green House or Nursery Operations.)
- Conversant in Organic cultivation and working techniques of fruits / vegetables / spices etc preferably inside green houses
- Ability to work independently manage field activities.
- Basic knowledge in administrating & purchasing will be an added advantages.
