Quality Inspector - Nawaloka Hospitals PLC

Role Summary

Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is seeking qualified and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to ensure that products, materials, and operational processes meet the organization's required quality standards. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects or non-conformities, maintaining accurate quality records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or a related environment.
• Good understanding of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
• Ability to identify defects, analyze quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintaining digital inspection records is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials, products, equipment, and operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report findings promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigations into quality issues and participate in corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout inspection activities.
