Director – Quality Control

Protect quality. Strengthen trust. Lead the Firm's system of quality management.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to provide strategic leadership, technical oversight and independent challenge across the Firm's audit practice, working closely with the Partners and management team to drive audit quality, compliance regulatory and readiness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification
• Minimum 9 - 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in audit and assurance, with a background in quality control, technical or engagement quality review roles, ideally within an international network firm
• Strong knowledge of ISQM 1 and ISQM 2, International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), IFRS Accounting Standards and the IESBA Code of Ethics
• Proven experience in building, monitoring and improving a system of quality management, including file inspections, root cause analysis and remediation
• Experience engaging with regulators, professional bodies and network quality reviews
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the credibility to challenge Partners and champion a quality-first culture

THE ROLE

You will form a part of the Firm's quality control function, overseeing the system of quality management behind every engagement we deliver. From setting objectives and assessing risk, to safeguarding ethics and independence, guiding technical consultations and engagement reviews and leading monitoring and remediation, you will be the Firm's trusted voice on quality – and its main point of contact for regulators and the global network.
