Manager - Quality Control

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure finished garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and guide the Quality and Technical teams.
- Oversee final inspections and quality approvals.
- Support Design and Technical teams on quality-related matters.
- Participate in risk assessment and PPM meetings.
- Monitor quality issues and implement corrective actions.
REQUIRMENTS
- Qualification in Quality Assurance, Apparel, Textile, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar role within the Apparel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Audits, buyer specifications, and garment inspections.
- Sound knowledge of apparel technical and quality requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in wash garment processes and C&A quality requirements will be an added advantage.
