Job Responsibilities

• Help maintain accurate records of inspections and assist in preparing reports on quality issues and their resolutions
• Follow company policies and industry regulations and stay informed about any changes to ensure compliance
• Work with experienced team member to understand the root causes of quality issues and assist in implementing solutions, gaining hand-on experience in quality control practices
• Participate in continuous improvement effort by suggesting ideas and learning how to implement enhancement to quality control processes and product quality
• Maintain quality control record in accordance with instructions provided by the manager quality control
• Verify compliance with Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene practices (GHP) while performing duties

Requirements

• Passed the G.C.E. A/L examinations in the Science or Mathematics stream
• Age above 28 years
• Must be a self – motivated individual with a strong ability to learn quickly
• A good team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity related to Tea Industry
• Prior experience working under HACCP and ISO systems is an added advantage
