QS OFFICER

Luxury Apartment Project

Summer Astala (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced QS Officer to join our Luxury Apartment Project in Colombo District.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience in building/apartment projects is a must
• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing, measurements and valuations
• Monitor project expenditure against the approved budget and provide regular cost reports
• Good communication and negotiation skills
