Quantity Surveyor (QS)

J.N. INTERIORS is a leading interior designing and civil construction company which has earned its reputation for interior designing in Sri Lanka since 1998.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support our interior design and manufacturing operations at our Head Office in Colombo 10.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and certify Interim Payment Applications and Final Bills.
• Perform project costing, cost monitoring, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage tender documentation, evaluation, and procurement procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Previous experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry will be a distinct advantage.
• Knowledge of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems will be an added advantage.
