Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Proven experience in villa, apartment, residential, and high-rise building projects
Good knowledge of construction processes, quantity take-offs, BOQs, valuations, variations, and cost control
Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures
Good command of MS Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment

Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost estimates
Conduct site measurements and verify quantities as required
Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and payment certificates
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure effective cost control
Prepare, evaluate, and monitor variation orders and claims
Manage subcontractor measurements, valuations, and payments
Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project cost reports
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Subcontractors on commercial matters
Maintain accurate commercial records, documentation, and cost reports
Ensure all Quantity Surveying activities are carried out in line with project requirements, company procedures, and contractual obligations
