QS cum Draughtsman - Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for retail and project customers.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimations from drawings.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings, roofing layouts and technical sketches request by sales team.
• Assist the Sales Team with technical advice, product selection and estimation.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics and other departments to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material requirement calculations.
• Provide technical support to customers, contractors, fabricators and installers.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Diploma, HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Draughtsmanship, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• 03 Years experience in similar capacity.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Prior experience in the steel roofing, construction or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for trainee positions.
