Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• HNDE, Diploma, or other relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Age between 30–50 years.
• Should reside in or around the Colombo area.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and residential project workflows.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
