We are looking for an experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join a construction project based in Katunayake. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, construction practices, and highway road construction projects.
Location: On-site, Katunayake
Salary: LKR 175,000 – 200,000 per month
Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Highway/Road Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and construction practices.
- Good understanding of project cost control, measurements, valuations, and contract-related work.
- Willingness to work on-site in Katunayake.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quantity measurements, BOQs, valuations, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress.
- Review construction work and ensure quantities are accurately measured.
- Assist with contract administration and payment certification.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
