Quantity Surveyor (Roads and Infrastructure)

Location: Site
Primary Objective
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, measurements, valuations, subcontractor payments, variations, and project cost control for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Assist in preparing interim payment applications and valuations
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage
- Prepare and maintain variation records with supporting documents
- Check subcontractor bills, claims, and payment requests
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients
- Maintain accurate commercial records and project documentation
Qualifications
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, valuations, variations, and contract documentation
- Ability to read drawings and prepare quantity take-offs accurately
- Experience in roads, buildings, and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
