Quarry and Crusher Plant Manager
Required Qualifications, Experience and, Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Quarry Manager
- Designing the drilling and blasting pattern by maintaining benches in quarry
- Conducting drilling and blasting operations with minimum disturbance to the environment, i.e. follow the terms in license
- Prepare all the costs related to quarry operations
- Take the responsibility of handling explosives
- Optimizing the machine usage in the site / Ensure effective usage of machines within the site
- Ability to meet company targets regarding the quarry operation
- Leadership skills to manage a multi-talented team
- A Degree, Diploma in mining engineering or equivalent will be an added advantage
