Hiring: Accounts Clerk (QuickBooks Specialist)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our team. The primary focus of this role is accurate and timely data entry into QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recording daily financial transactions (invoices, receipts, and payments).
• Maintaining accurate digital records in QuickBooks
• Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using QuickBooks - Desktop
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
