R&D Chemist / Executive

Role Summary: We are a leading FMCG company seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our R&D team. This role will focus on product development and process innovation related to food manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new product formulations and innovation mostly related to Food products.
• Knowledge on food products, Edible oils and related refining are essentials.
• Manage laboratory testing, shelf-life studies and production trials.
• Ensure all products meet strict food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (SLSI, HACCP, GMP).
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance and Procurement teams for smooth product launches.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology, Chemical Science or a related field.
• One or more years of experience in food manufacturing facility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical documentation skills.
