Personal Specification & Qualification

• HNDE in Food Science & Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• 1 year of relevant experience in the FMCG/Food Industry is preferred.
• Ability to conduct trials according to given instructions and work systematically.
• Good analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively interpret and communicate trial results.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Male candidates below 30 years of age preferred.

Job Profile

• Assist in new product development, product improvement, and formulation trials.
• Assist in laboratory and production trials and accurately record results.
• Assist in evaluating raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Support sensory evaluations, product benchmarking, and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare technical reports, trial records, and relevant R&D documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure R&D activities are carried out according to established procedures and food safety requirements.
