Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Coordinator to support smooth patient service and operational coordination in the Radiology Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate radiology appointments and patient flow
• Liaise with patients and relevant staff
• Support smooth shift-based department operations
• Handle inquiries and service coordination
• Maintain basic records and communication

Requirements

• Previous hospital or healthcare coordination experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and administrative skills
• Ability to work on a roster basis
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
• Ability to ensure uninterrupted patient service
